Miss Knittle's free crochet cowl pattern

Free Crochet Pattern from me, Miss Knittles.

Super easy and quick crochet textured cowl. I whipped this up last night, and have already started my third one.
This one in pictures below required two skiens of lion brands chenille thick and quick yarn and a 8mm crochet hook.
Loosely chain 60 sts and join to first chain

Row 1: Ch3, dc around, join on top of ch3.
Row 2: Ch 3, "fpdc in next st, dc," repeat these 2 sts around ending with fpdc. join on top of ch3 st.
Row 3: Ch2 and fpdc in same st that you joined in. dc in fpdc, fpdc in dc....repeat all around.
Repeat rows 2 and 3 until you either run out of yarn or until you get the desired length you want.
And that is it.
The one I am modelling only took 14 rows to complete. Of course you can create a longer and/or shorter one. A wider and/or narrower one.
Nothing is set in stone. This pattern is just to get you started.
